Why “Boutique Boarding” Matters
Lucky Day Farm is built on the idea that exceptional care comes from staying small. As a boutique boarding facility, we intentionally limit our herd so every horse is known personally — their routines, their quirks, their comfort needs, and the little details that make them who they are. This isn’t a high‑volume barn. It’s a quiet, intimate environment shaped around calm rhythms, thoughtful handling, and the space for horses to truly settle in.
Boutique boarding means individualized attention, low stress, and a peaceful atmosphere where horses can decompress, feel safe, and simply be horses. By keeping our numbers low, we create a close‑knit herd and a boarding experience rooted in connection, comfort, and genuine care.
What We Offer:
A Calm, Natural Environment for Horses
Lucky Day Farm is designed to give horses a peaceful, low‑stress place to settle in and thrive. Our quiet setting, thoughtful layout, and small‑herd philosophy create an environment where horses can relax and simply be horses.
Boarding Options
We offer two styles of care to match your horse’s needs:
Full Board
Pasture Board
Outdoor Areas & Turnout
We maintain spacious outdoor areas that allow horses to move freely, graze, and enjoy fresh air throughout the day. Turnout spaces are managed for safety, comfort, and healthy pasture rotation.
Run‑In Shelter
The pasture includes a sturdy run‑in shelter so horses can choose shade, weather protection, or quiet rest whenever they need it.
Artesian Well–Fed Water Troughs
Our water system uses clean, continuously refreshed troughs fed by an artesian well ensuring horses always have access to fresh, naturally flowing water.
Tack Room
A dedicated tack room provides secure, organized storage for your equipment. Clean, dry, and easily accessible.
Separate Grain & Feed Room
We maintain a fully separate feed room to ensure proper storage, accurate feeding routines, and a clean environment for supplements and grain.
Fire Pit Lounge Area
A cozy outdoor fire pit area gives owners a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the farm atmosphere before or after spending time with their horse.
Access to Cannon Valley Trails & Public Land
Lucky Day Farm is located near the Cannon Valley trail system and public parkland, offering beautiful riding opportunities right from the property.
Short‑Term Board for Travelers
For riders traveling with their horses — whether for local shows, competitions, trail events, or other horse activities — we offer short‑term boarding with safe turnout, fresh water, and comfortable accommodations.
Guests can stay right on the property at the Cannon Valley Lucky Day Farm – Farmhouse Loft Airbnb, making it easy to rest, ride, and enjoy the area without hauling back and forth.
